In 2010, Team Lloyd Irvin made history… becoming the only Non-Brazilian team to make it into the Overall Standings at the IBJJF World Championships. This is not local NAGAs or Grapplers Quest that put “World Championship” into their tournament names but the REAL World Championships of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
The caption above is fact… Team Lloyd Irvin has produced more World and Grand Slam Medals than every other Maryland school combined and Crazy 88 has produced more World and Grand Slam Medals than every other Baltimore area school combined.

Since, April 24th of 1999, Grapplers Quest has hosted more than 100 Grappling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Tournaments and events.
