For years, most Brazilian Jiu Jitsu schools have been throwing beginner students to the wolves the first week they have started training. Your orientation to Jiu Jitsu is getting your butt kicked by the more advanced students – the argument being that the TOUGH guys would make it through! You had better be in shape before you attend most schools or else you’re going to be in for a rough night! You do not need to be in-shape. We have a specialized program structure that will build you up and get you in fighting shape. You do not need to have previous Grappling experience. No Judo, No Wrestling, No Jiu-Jitsu Necessary. We are not going to throw you to the wolves. We are going to build your martial arts foundation using our Fundamentals and Intermediate curriculum – the same way we built up our professional fight team (we are very proud of our ability to turn “average” people into Jiu Jitsu monsters!).
All our classes are divided into levels so you can learn at the pace that best fits your current experience and physical fitness level. You’ll start in the FUNDAMENTALS program where you will learn Jiu-Jitsu techniques, then move onto BASICS, INTERMEDIATE, and ADVANCED classes. At each step of the way, you’ll be getting stronger, losing weight, and mastering more and more Jiu-Jitsu.
